Most Wireless Internet Routers, ADSL Modems and 3g USB Modems will

work straight out of the box. At most, for simple networking and connectivity,

you should only need to add a wireless security key (WEP). Most computer

technicians can setup them up for you in store and without a phone line.

Some wireless internet routers use the same or similar frequency as normal

household cordless telephones. If you have cordless phones and are having

problems with your wireless broadband connection, try switching off your

cordless phones and telephone base station and see if it improves.

Always use a recommended filter / splitter on ADSL phone line connections.

Filters / Splitters separate the phone signal from the internet signal which

improves the speed of your internet connection, reduces internet drop outs

during phone calls, and improves the clarity of voice conversations.
